Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By making an appointment through our online booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 72 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee, and any eligible deposit may be transferred to a new booking.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a fee, and any deposit paid will become non-refundable.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will require payment of the full appointment amount.

If a booking is rescheduled, deposits may only be transferred at the discretion of Nesbitt and where the new appointment is booked within a reasonable timeframe.

2. No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted the salon, you will be charged the full appointment amount.

Any deposit paid towards the appointment will be forfeited.

Clients with outstanding no-show or cancellation fees must settle their account in full before any future appointments can be booked.

3. Appointment Accuracy

Our online booking system is designed to be convenient; however, it may not always allow for the correct timing or service combinations required.

Appointments may be adjusted or declined if insufficient time has been booked.
Services requiring multiple steps (such as colour corrections, foils, or lightening services) must include all necessary add-ons (e.g. toners, treatments, or finishes).
If your booking is incomplete, our team will contact you to amend or reschedule your appointment.

4. Service Suitability

Some services are highly personalised and may require a consultation prior to booking.

We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings that are not suitable based on your hair history, service selection, or the condition of your hair.

In some cases, an in-salon consultation may be required before proceeding.

5. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices listed on our online booking platform are estimates only.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

Hair length and thickness
Hair condition and history
Product usage
Desired result and level of lift required
Additional services required to achieve the desired outcome

A more accurate quote will be provided during your consultation in-salon.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service, reduce the services performed, or reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of our work and respect for other clients' bookings.

Late arrivals may still be subject to the applicable cancellation policy where insufficient time remains to complete the service safely and to our standards.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Nesbitt reserves the right to refuse, modify, or reschedule any booking that does not meet our service requirements, timing allowances, or salon policies.
