By making an appointment through our online booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Deposits & Cancellation Policy
All online bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. If less than 72 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you choose to reschedule your appointment with more than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
2. Appointment Accuracy
Our online booking system is designed to be convenient; however, it may not always allow for the correct timing or service combinations required.

Appointments may be adjusted or declined if insufficient time has been booked.

Services requiring multiple steps (such as colour corrections, foils, or lightening services) must include all necessary add-ons (e.g. toners, treatments, or finishes).

If your booking is incomplete, our team will contact you to amend or reschedule your appointment.
3. Service Suitability
Some services are highly personalised and may require consultation prior to booking.

We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings that are not suitable based on your hair history or service selection.

In some cases, an in-salon consultation may be required before proceeding.
4. Pricing Disclaimer
Prices listed on our online booking platform are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary based on factors including but not limited to:

Desired result and level of lift required
A more accurate quote will be provided during your consultation in-salon.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to ensure the quality of our work and respect for other clients’ bookings.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Nesbitt reserves the right to refuse or reschedule any booking that does not meet our service requirements or timing allowances.
